Louis has recently graduated as an elite Underwater and Marine espionnage division spy! this is why he now must wear the elite spy high tech tuxedo at all times when on duty... And to do some more extreme breath holding training. As average raccoons can hold their breaths for 36 minutes, they now train him hard to make him reach his musketeer ancestor's extreme reccord who, for a sabotage mission during la Rochelle siege in the 1600's, had to swim 1 mile for 1 hour in 1 breath. But no emergency interruptions this time : he wether manages to hold his breath for the imposed duration, or die trying! This going to be tough, but I am sure he can do this, if he graduated as an elite, then he must have what it takes! After all he is France's best spy and one of the world's best underwater spy, only being topped by sealions, turtles and water breathers!
