So as part of this new way of doing things, until the artist gets better at anatomy, shading, and lighting, this is all he can do for now. Study the head and get really good at them. In this instance here he likes how Rose came out even if not fully shaded or lighted which is the point. His eyes could have been better but that's part of the learning process.
