Matriarch of the Drow house Intringa, Yvania is the owner of a gladatorial arena in the Drow capital of Menzzoberrenzan. She keeps a number of highly trained combatants in her employ, as well as the typical arena slaves that most might own. During her time acquiring fighters, she fell for one of her arena slaves, a tabaxi barbarian named Panthra. Yvania eventually promoted the tabaxi to a role as her bodyguard, while also keeping her among her consorts.
