Here's the first visual piece of art depicting a part of my Chronica Magna (Tome of Stories revovling around one universe).
Amidst the heavy-laden winters of North Larkos, remains the relics and ruins of a once prominent area of the country, now only seldom remembered as the Fields of Brannin.
Prominently known by the Brannin Sentinel, a once mage-tower, but now nothing much less of a rubbled-ruins, perhaps with traces of unknown or forgotten magic.
The sky growls and bellows deeply, amassing towards the Sentinel: An abominable birth begins at the navum; a powerful spirit is conjured. A piece depicting the moments before the Fields became more infamous as a crater. The birthplace of Un'elia.
That said!-
This piece is a little incomplete. But, as a first piece to depict a relatively simplistic, but still significant, part of the many interconnected stories of the Tome, it ended up fairly well!
At the top left is simply the name of the area written in the regional language.
This took many hours to properly make. And, although it's different from my iconographic pieces, or characters, I still feel it's a step-forward towards my ultimate goal with art. Bringing my stories to life.
