• In this short tale it focuses on a character name Mina who was a child after being mutated into a aquatic mutant and forced to live in the seas. After the registration act for Mutant Rights was signed she was able to live among the people along with her follow mutant even befriending Marc himself.
• During the story Mina befriended a recently created deformed mutant named Tio, after she escaped Mina offered to help her and there the two become friends ever since. So part in the story Tio develops a crush on Marc after seeing the kindness in his heart and she expresses in a violent accidental way unaware of her incredible strength.
