This is Michael Briggs, an O.C. I created for SWAT Kats to be Callie Briggs' son. Isn't he cute? His father is a Puma-Dyne scientist who got killed during Zed's rampage in the episode Unlikely Alloys. Until then, he had custody of Michael. After his father's death, Callie took custody of her son and he took her last name.
Also included is a pic of Michael Briggs in his school uniform. I figure Callie can afford to send him to some fancy prep school that requires uniforms.
