Character Description
The Nephalem, Katorasu Naitosutoka, is an illegal vigilante that seeks to one day became the new modern hero of Station Square. He’ll do whatever it takes to get his name in lights and clear his conscience of all of his wrongdoings, no matter what gets thrown in his way.
Personality
Eccentric as they come, Katorasu brings an odd upbeat presence that is as loud as his outfit. He makes light of situations, ignoring the overall mood of others, but does a good job of knowing when he should shut his own mouth up. While he does things his own way when solo, he knows how to take orders and how to follow them, though he may deviate if he feels the need for it. At the end of the day though, he just wants to do right by the past that he runs from.
Still though, despite having a tendency to be arrogant, Katorasu does mean well. He will always offer his help to any and everyone that he knows he can help. All while trying to make their day better with his personality.
Likes/Dislikes
It's not that he enjoys being the center of attention, but rather he enjoys commotion as a distraction from his own thoughts and worries. Seeing others smile, or even scowl at him, brings a smile to his own face. Katorasu can get very dodgy when it comes to questions about his home, place of birth, parents, siblings, etc.
Speaking of which, he doesn’t like to be asked or be reminded of his past in any way. As he is trying is best to make up for it all while trying to move past it as well.
Background/History
Created as the result of the binding of two souls, Katorasu used to serve as a hyper lethal soldier to be used by either Heaven or Hell’s respective forces, dependent on which side he ultimately was supposed to choose later on in life. Essentially he was an experiment to be raised by one representative each from both sides, but his assigned father decided to break the promise he made and began to raise Katorasu with the sole purpose of commanding a platoon of Hell’s forces against Heaven. Centuries later though, the nephalem would be made well aware of his actions and feel nothing but remorse. This would then lead into a life of redemption, serving as a defender of the people and deliverer of, in his own words, “ass-kicking.” To the outside onlooker, no one knows why Katorasu willingly risks literal life and limb to protect the same people that criticize his methods. Only he knows why he does what he does.

World/Setting
Katorasu lives in a universe that is an off-shoot of the main Sonic universe. He originated from a lab in Angiria, or Heaven, but didn’t get to experience life there as his adoptive father kidnapped him for his own usage.
