I want to be clear, this was a meme, just fun. But being honest, it happened to me a lot of time (mostly in Second Life)...
Actually there exists short girls that people tend to call "dwarfs" in a ugly way. Other way people people say are midgets (less rude at my understanding), but even is not cute at all. There's exist the word "shortstacks" that means "midgets" but more curvy.
By other hand exists the "chibis" the big head with big eyes characters you find in anime, making them look cute and simple (jewelpets mostly are like furries but chibi).
Another word people should know, and that was the reason of the meme, is that there's exists many chest sizes, girls with Cup A, and mostly short, are considered as "petites", is normal got confused about their age because their heigh and breast size, but is rude anyway call a short girl that is a kid, and if is a "midget" even more sad. My bad was drawing an A Size but without shadows and I'm learning everyday to makey characters don't look as cubs.
I want people understand what's a chibi (cute features big head and big eyes, but an adult), petite (less than cup B and short), midget/shortstack (an adult person who is short in heigh less than 4"60' , no matter other atributes).
Think about Midna, she's shortstack.
