The construct behind Bon Bon here is Chicago Pile-1, the first artificial nuclear reactor to achieve criticality on 2 December 1942. The bottle at her back hooves is the Chianti bottle that Eugene Wigner opened to celebrate the occasion, and beside that bottle is a uranium wineglass.
The choice of Bon Bon is a reference to her Secret Agent, mafia-like persona – Enrico Fermi led the CP-1 team.
