Amazing chapter. Everyone is talking about Gantus but I'm looking at the one he is standing beside. O.O Aside from the longish tail nothing to go on but I'm expecting something serious involving that character. >.> Though the way he seems to just be resting a hand on them......doesn't seem like he's clutching down on them so I'm doubting its one of the homeless. Could be his second in command, but I'm just getting the feeling they will play a definite role in this craziness. @.@

More is she hates to loss anything. She is selfish, seeing family as chains that take you from freedom, her freedom and present is more important the future for her. Every change is alien to her, change is killing her past, be married is killing her single life of the present and past.

you know, before this chapter, I thought you were mostly fun-cheesecake type comics. But seeing this I realize you're a real manga-ka. My hat is off to you.

Well, this chapter is very emotional and gives insight to Kalita's character. First we have her talk with Debbie, the original leader of the Roda Kira Gang. Kalita is sore that Debbie left the gang for a year after losing to Gantus. She knows that she was in an accident and accepts that, but is sore that Debbie never returned to recover leadership. Under Gantus, the gang has strayed away from the values Debbie, Layline, and Kalita made and it hurts Kalita because nobody supports her. She's hurt that Layline supports Gantus due to sniffing glue and other substances and thus wants Debbie to recover the gang. Finding out Debbie married and is going to have a child hurts her because she feels Debbie is cutting her and their friends off their life. Debbie doesn't help her case by speaking about family despite Kalita being an orphan and drinking while pregnant, showing she still has an irresponsible side to her. With the last part of her past having let her down, Kalita reaches her breaking point when she sees her gang terrorizing innocents at the park. And she's ready to fight Gantus by the end of the chapter. I like Debbie, mainly because she cares about Kalita the same way Muko cares about Saniko. Her defeat against Gantus, marriage to her doctor, and pregnancy helped her to see life in another perspective. She wants to help Kalita to be happy, but she comes of as condescending and insensitive without meaning it. This is seen when she speaks about family to Kalita and backtracks as she remembers Kalita is an orphan. Debbie wants to be a mother, but it's clear that she needs to correct some flaws (drinking) before she can succeed. Gantus looks like a promising villain. He's charming, intimidating, a good biker, and probably a great fighter if he's the new leader of the Roda Kira Gang. I think he's the Nyarai to Kalita's Muko considering how much Kalita wants to take him down. Bonus points for showing Muko and Cookie with Nyarai right before the latter betrays them when the match starts in a few minutes. I am curious to see what will happen in the confrontation between Kalita and Gantus and how that caused Kalita to leave the gang.
