New character alert, woo! took me ages to upload her though, but finally meet Luanna.
She's my interpretation of an Alolan Gardevoir, which I fleshed out for a couple of weeks and collected some ref pics before Kaboozle helped bring it to life.
Instead of a psychic fairy, they're psychic water. She's able to manipulate water and fight akin to a Waterbender from Avatar. Luanna's not too interested in fighting though, and is more for relaxation and fun. She serves as a tour guide on Alola, showing people around the island and helping make sure tourists have a blast. She's very knowledgeable about the islands, but her fantastic body surely helps bring in the positive reviews too!
