So, this piece in particular wasn't asked for [by Mynt], but I wasn't really satisfied with the piece I made for her, of her character, nearly a year ago [as of posting this].

So, for the last few months, among other pieces of art, I've been furiously trying to refine my character-drawing skills again.
It used to be brilliant years ago, at least to my sketch standards. But, after losing my PC and having to wait several years, I lost most of the skill. The majority of my drawing skills reverted to my foundational skills, which was landscape sketching.

So in a bid to pull in the great monster that is inspiration, I worked hard, hand-in-hand with determination, to pull that c*nt in. All without word or knowing; in secret; and this is the final result.

Just about a year of refining and mindset building, and we have the new Mynt Archibald piece.

For ages, creating characters was simple enough. But colouring them was incredibly difficult.
Despite having decent colour-theory skills, characters just elude me.
But, here we are.
With the new piece and it looks magnificent.

My first character drawn piece with colour that looks beyond magnificent! A piece I take incredible pride in. And a step forward into the future of character illustration!

So, for detailed information.
Here, Mynt is being patted by one of my OC characters, Aiko Kobayashi. She adorns her body with her Sakuramatsuri Yukata. Mynt blushes because, well, she's a dirty little lesbo. :3

(p.s, an incredible thanks to Mynt for giving me permission to draw her character, and to Cubber [infinitely better artist] for already drawing her in so many poses and beautiful ways. It was majorly thanks to his references that getting the perfect angle-frame for this piece was won.]
