So I've always liked cooking, but over the last year I've really thrown myself into the hobby and have actually been getting halfway decent at it. Especially now that we're all shut in, I try to get the fancy presentations and stuff (protip: heat up your plate before putting food on it, it makes such a difference) to recreate that dining out feel. Of course, I can't do anything without being extra about it, thus the Chef Seraph persona!
