In the backstory for this AU, Rian was already with both Mira and Gurjin, before Deet came along and got together with him. It was a little weird for Mira at first, suddenly having another girl in the group, but Deet is so sweet and precious that it wasn't long before Mira fell for her too, and so they all became a nice little polyamorous family <3
