Something I had Mocha Mephooki do up for me some time ago, with the intent of having hir made into a plushie! Sadly Mocha left the fandom, but at least there is still some art to enjoy!
As for the name and background? In all honesty, the name was just something come up with on the quick, and I have no real background for hir. But if I start making more use of the character that could change.
