You'd think that radiation bursts would have replaced fire in A decontamination procedure? Buuuut dialing back likely due to many artifacts not surviving the decontamination procedure "Fire" does make sence in A way. Lol now watch the artifact be A dense radiation resistant material thats brittle similar to leaded glass or something?

UV and other methods of applying radiation are pretty good decon methods. Though this specific station is currently using a chemical disinfectant spray instead.
