Ahh, but you see, there's something I've come to realize when it involves cartoon characters, and that's that they are oblivious to small details like that, even though it's glaringly obvious to us.
A good example I can give: If you're familiar with the cartoon show "Darkwing Duck", you may recall Darkwing's evil double, Negaduck. One time Negaduck dressed up in DW's outfit in an attempt to frame him, but still had his black mask on, where DW wears a purple mask. And, yet, no one seemed to notice that detail and also overlooked the fact that DW has an evil doppelganger. There are s few other examples I could give, but I think you get the point.
