Build/Height: Muscular, taller than the average stallion and mare. Slightly taller than a Saddle Arabian pony, due to the genetics of her shire father.
Status: Alive
Weapon of choice: Halberd
Personality/Background:
Hailing from the dryer, lusher side of Hayseed Swamps, came Celestia’s most devoted follower, Valiance Ascalon. In her quiet town of Salo, she was indoctrinated into the more devout sect of Celestia’s gospel. With a raging passion in her heart, she set forth to one day serve the sun princess in her royal army. Although she would have been completely satisfied with merely being just another soldier, due to unforeseen circumstances, she now works at the princess's side as a personal assistant, or as her official title, an acolyte.
Valiance is easy going, understanding, and always willing to make a friend. Slightly gullible to those she trusts and holds dearly, the pale unicorn is tricked regularly into tests and other predicaments by Celestia and a certain other princess (mainly “pranks/adventures” in this case). Because of her laid back attitude it is not hard to convince Valiance to have fun or participate in shenanigans, even when skeptical.
However, despite her laid back nature off the clock, she takes the seriousness of her position as acolyte to the sun goddess with gusto. She’s quick to be ready for battle, level headed and a clever warrior. She uses her brain as well as her brawn to level the field against her adversaries. Although she isn’t cruel by nature, she is unrelenting and unforgiving of enemies to Equestria and her majesty. The passion to serve and protect her princess is what has driven her ever since she was a filly, it is what motivates her to better serve Celestia each day. To preserve that she will be willing to sacrifice her own wants and needs, even at the cost of her own morality.
For those interested this is going to be apart of a picture/fanfic series I am going to write. It is based on the My Little Pony parody series called The Mentally Advanced Series. I would highly encouraged that if you are unfamiliar with the series that you give it a watch, so that you may have a better context of the world within that canon, as it is much different from the canon show. In it, Celestia is a tyrannical ruler who uses her subjects more as playthings than her loyal subjects. She is viewed and believed to be a god among ponies and she believes it too. It's a parody but I can see it being pretty overwhelming and graphic for some people, so please take that in mind.
