The thing with rape is, if you haven't experienced it, you have no idea truly how it affects others. You can only listen to what they say, but like witnessing a traumatizing death first hand, you really can't understand what it does to a person. A victim can relate to another victim well.

Her life will never be the same, I can relate... Every day you think maybe it would have been better to be dead. It really sucks I have had to see therapists before though they never seem to understand so I stopped going, The only thing that has been helping are my friends and my meds, I would probably not be here if it were not for them
