Heya! We’re back with issue 3 and it’s a comic! Wooh! Ended up doing a more simple coloring style and tried to replicate the IDW comics since this is what this chapter is based on. Again, we’re still on our Friday schedule so no changes there. Hope you guys enjoy it!

Edit [pg. 27]: Yo! We're finally done with issue 3!!! GOD DAMN, IT TOOK A LONG TIME BUT WE MADE IT!!! So, the next like 9 issues are gonna be written however I'm gonna be posting them on fanfiction.net, ao3 and here. The issues will be posted every other week. There won't be new stuff next week but there will be stuff the week after that.

You think this is fast?! You should’ve seen me two years ago where I would upload a page A DAY, FIVE DAYS A WEEK!!! I wish I still had that same focus now.

Secret: Wake up early, eat breakfast, do chores, then spend the rest of the day literally working on the comic. I still do this to this day and with quarantine, it helped me out a bit. From early comic days, cause of the simplicity of the drawings I can pretty much get through a lot unlike now where I can only put up once a week, at the most two.

My wrist has yet to achieve the seedlings of arthritis and carpal tunnel. However, my back and my shoulders have definitely been traumatized.

It's actually a reference to the IDW comics! Tbh, this entire space arc is completely a "rip-off" of the IDW comics and a mishmash of the TMNT 2012 verse and TMNT 2003 verse—most notably issues 17-20 (IDW) and the whole Triceraton arc (aka next chapter >w0) in both 2003 and IDW. Even the end of the volume (spoilers) references the IDW comics and most notably the first Bayverse movie!

Tbh volume 3 is just a huge reference to most versions of TMNT and I don't think volumes 1,2,4 and 5 even come close to it. Perhaps vol. 5 buts that kinda pushing it.
