I'm gonna assume it's Travis, though I guess it could be Lance. Just going by their faces doesn't help too much. XD And they both have short hair.
ANYWAY, I just adore this. It's so darn cute! And I love the D-Pad charm on the collar. I've not really had my characters drawn with collars, except Devin, but that's for other, not-so-innocent reasons.
