Character Description
traditional snow leopard pattern and design with a blue tinge overlaid with green eyes.usually has a mischievous or curious look on his face. has a more lithe toned - femboish look to his body. easily distracted and can be an air head from time to time. hes usually keeps his body fur trimmed short in the summer months and lets it grow out on the winter months. he never trims his tail as he enjoy it to be big and floffy.
Personality
mischievous, kindhearted, unique problem solver, can be bratty at times to tease people, in dark and grittier settings hes usually the most naive one in the group trying to maintain a glowing outlook despite the dark and grittiness which makes him come off as a child to most.

Background/History
rex was formerly as a teenager a traditional white and black snow leopard who had been born under the sign of a magic user as ice and water magic came easy for him to grasp. at younger age he had more of a feminine body.
one night his village was ransacked and destroyed by a neighboring dragon kingdom. he was captured and due to his piercing green eyes and perfect eye catching coat he was taken b the general to the black dragon king to be a symbol of the dragons superiority over the felines he was taken in as the kings personal pet and added to his harem. besides being trained as a consort the king took notice of how easy magic came to rex he decided to have his mages use rex fort a special magical experiment.
the ritual nearly killed him and was extremely painful as the dragon king cruelly used his own magic to keep rex conscious as all his blood was drained slowly from his body and replaced with magically enchanted healing waters and altering his body to rely and produce this healing water.
it left him in extreme pain for days as his body rejected the healing water as his organs started shutting down they forced him through a second ritual where blue dragon blood was infused to his soul and body as blue dragons were tied to healing magic. it caused his fur to become a bright blue in nature and gave him the agelessness of a dragon.
finally his body now with the strength and spirit of a blue dragon his body naturally started to change itself to accept the healing waters. it took him only a month before he was able to fully function again. the king was happu with the results and decided to make him his top slave to always be at his sides serving his needs. he also became essentially never ending living health potion. his blood still red was now used as a powerful healing potion able to regenerate limbs and restore missing organs. the only thing it couldn't do was resurrect someone.
over the next 100 years the king became more and more lax with rex's restraints and focused more on other slaves the king was cruel and enjoyed inflicting pain on slaves and used rexes blood to keep them from death and start the torture all over again. in that time rex secretly practiced his magic over ice and water being able to manipulate his own blood when it was applied to people he eventually learned how to make it take the form of a sleeping potion and one night switched potions with a daily one the king used to reinvigorate himself sadly it didn't go as planned the king didn't fall asleep but was weakened and after a fight rex then dispatched the king to the afterlife. but in the kings dying breath he uttered a curse on the collar that would bind him as a slave forever.
the curse bound him to servitude to anyone that could challenge him and win. he would be bound to follow they're orders and wouldn't be able to harm them for a year. it also imbued a symbol on the collar only visible to those with a touch of magical understanding to understand the curse and know he was a harem slave.
rex learned that all slaver recognized the magical slave collar he wore even without understanding the magic and over the years he has been captured and sold over and over again, he started to secretly enjoy it. but when he isn't enslaved his usually wandering the lands helping people with his magics and blood
Relatives/Family
he dousnt have any living relatives but when he was enslaved by the black dragon king he found kinship in 4 other slaves the dragon king prized himself with having slaves his experimented on to give them the immortality of a dragon. each of the prized slaves was given the title Agent (a title meaning a top servant of the king of dragons)
Ryoto - jet black fox, immortal with a curse, seen as younger brother.
Venris - green dragon/wolf, heart of a golem, father figure and protector
Caster - blood red tabby kitten oldest in mind, a bit cruel but not evil, vampire. took on elder role
Jakob - lizard men greenish grey hide with red frills and webbing, has the blood of an elemental of chaos. older brother role
World/Setting
set in a high fantasy magic world, of my own creation called lost tides. a world of fractured landmasses and islands the size of villages and clustered together. its a land of almost magic punk world where ships are imbued with magical elemental to propel them and everyone has a touch of understanding of magic and the potential to learn magic.
in its history it was wrought with a war between the black dragon king and his unified empire of the dragon races to prove they're superiority after a 200 year war it ended with the dragon kings death which sent the dragon races in internal struggle as the unification fell apart an unsteady alliance was struck between all the kingdoms.
Body
lith, or slightly toned swimmers build, most of the time he keeps his fur trimmed shorter on his body except for his floofy tail. he has deep emerald eyes, hes either declawed or keeps them trimmed down to stubs so they cant cause harm. he ranges from lightly toned to femboi.
Clothing
typically wheres a dark red cloak with deep wide hood that hides his muzzle, high quality version usually have a gold inlaid border border in some form of pattern, i long loincloth that stops 6 inches from the ground that follows the same design and pattern as the cloak. has a thick black collar either made out of leather or metal no visible buckle as its magically sealed usually a gold pendant with a dragons head on it.
Accessories
has 3 magical items he can pull into existence with concentration.
dragon spear/pike: a long spear about 6-7ft long usually made of red oak and soaked in red liquid. it ends with a large golden dragons maw with emerald eyes its maw wide open and coming from the mouth is a spear blade usually 4-6 inches long, made of steel gold filigree filigree. the spear has been specially enchanted to pierce magical barriers and armor enchantments as well as break dragon scales.
dragon wand: similar design as the staff made of the same material as the staff. except this one ends in a closed dragon maw pointing forward creating an small L shape. this wand can also take the form of a cane. the magic around this wand is 3 fold. if the head makes contact with a spell it fully absorbs it and stores it. 2 it can analyze the spell energy and produce different effect sand transfer the knowledge of that spell to rexxus, 3 it can instead of fully absorb the spell it can release and recast the spell.
soothsayers tome: rex is a soothsayer magic user in his world that's the magic of enchantments that attach to people and objects; he specializes in breaking through these enchantments and analyzing magic due to the non offensiveness of this magic he studies ice and water magic as well. all his spell knowledge and studies are stored in this book. it looks like a light blue leather bound book with gold threading on the spine and arcane glowing runes on the front.
