Elh was the son of a poor fisherman in a quite rural and also poor village.

He took up job as a serving boy in the tavern to help supporting his family.

That clothes is the only thing he has, but since everyone is equally poor, being dressed like that is nothing unordinary.

I love his dress sense! I know it's because he's poor but I always found that kind of clothing real cool. And besides, it's sexy too! <3
