Chief the bratty riolu boy stretched and relaxed a bit with a smile as he slouched back in his chair, the boy had spent the day playing video games, looking around at the disaster of a room he was in, the room had games, clothes, cans of food and even plates scattered around and it was a miracle that he even was able to sleep and live in here peacefully. He looked and shrugged as he sat back and looked at the screen to continue his game, the thought however did cross his mind, he remembered that his brother had told him that he had to clean his room before he got home or he would be in trouble, and Chief knew that he was serious. “Oh, I should have time for a bit more, Lian did say I had till he got back, there is no way he is going to be back soon.” He said to himself not realizing the clock had already struck 7PM, meaning that Lian was almost home. As Chief started his game once more, he gulped in surprise when he heard the front door open, and the sound of the half elf brother of his filled the air as he called up to the boy. “Oh Chief~ I am home.” He called up and started making his way up. Chief gasped and jumped up in a panic, rushing to start shoving stuff around, trying to hide the fact he had not cleaned his room, as he heard the door start to open, and he gulped knowing the inevitable as the half elf entered the room, Lian looking around as he sighed and pinched the bridge of his nose seeing this. “Oh Chief, I told you to have this done before I got home.” He said, his voice was calm but Chief could tell that Lian wasn’t too happy seeing the state of the room as it was now.
“I-I’m Sorry! I will get it done! I just forgot!” Chief said in a panic as Lian sighed and shook his head, putting a hand up to signify Chief had to be quiet for a moment. “You said that last time, and the time before. I told you, you had to have it done before I got home tonight. Go and grab a trash bag and the vacuum and come back in here, we are going to get it clean but you are also in trouble.” Lian told the boy simply as he walked in and began to pick up the plates that were scattered across the floor, Chief looking down a bit and sighing as he walked out the door and down the steps. Lian listened and nodded as he sighed and gathered the plates and stacked them in a small stack to be out of the way as he got to moving around all the clothes on the floor. “How does this boy manage to get this room so dirty? He is small and he is only one kid.” Lian asked himself as he waited for Chief to get back in with the bag and the vacuum as he filled a hamper with all his dirty clothes, noticing that it was at least an improvement on the rooms current state, as he sighed a bit, looking back to the door and seeing the riolu slowly walking into the room, the vacuum being dragged behind him and a bag for the trash crumpled up in his paws, looking to see his room slowly being cleaned up. In silence, he walked over and handed Lian the bag as he unraveled the cord on the vacuum, Lian accepting the bag and opening it up with his other hand. “Chief, how do you let it get this way?” Lian asked him as the half elf started loading any big trash pieces into the bag, Chief looking up.
“I don’t see a problem with this.” He said softly but bluntly as he plugged the vacuum in for Lian, watching him throw away empty boxes and bottles of food and soda. “I think it was fine the way it was.” He said as Lian rolled his eyes a bit. “Chief, that attracts bugs, ants and insects into your room and is also just really gross, why are you okay with that?” He asked him as Chief just shrugged, Showing Lian that he was just being bratty now instead of actually thinking of a reason to justify the mess. Lian rolled his eyes and continued shoveling in the trash into the bag as Chief started the vacuum, following wherever he cleaned to pick up what little pieces the Half Elf couldn’t grab.
Chief looked around the room curiously and noticed how different it looked now that he could see the carpet underneath everything. “Huh, it’s so clean.” He said as Lian rolled his eyes again and chuckled some as he couldn’t tell if he was serious or just being a pain in the butt, as he rubbed his head. “Yes, it is. Keep it that way, I don’t want to keep doing that for you.” He said as he knelt and hugged the boy, before picking up the riolu and standing it, walking out of the room. “Now, to deal with your punishment for not listening to what I told you, because I gave you more than enough time to clean up~” Lian said to him as he walked to his room, Chief gasping and struggling around a little as he tried to get set down, knowing he wasn’t going to like this at all, the fluffy riolu boy whining as he struggled “Hey, it’s clean now! Can’t we just forget this?!” He asked and squirmed as he tried to reason with the man as he was dragged off to the bedroom, Lian mostly ignoring his protests.
“I told you, I got home at 7PM, That was the agreement we made that you would have it done before then. You didn’t keep your end of the deal.” Lian said simply as he entered the room, where a nicely sized bed was waiting, Lian placing Chief there and looking. “Stay put until I get back.” He said as Chief gulped, watching Lian walk towards the bathroom in his room to grab something, going and retrieving something from the drawers in there, Chief trying to see what he was getting nervously, from his place on the bed. He was nervous. Lian soon returned and was holding a familiar tool, it was a type of tool used for spanking, it had a handle Lian could hold with a paddle type of object above it, with the word critical hit printed on it, it was a special tool made by chief for spanking that worked only on him and some pokemon. Chief gasped and whined “Hey, come on, don’t use that!” He whined as Lian shook his head and took a seat next to Chief, carefully dragging the boy across his lap. “I told you, next time you get into trouble, I would use it. You had your chance.” Lian said simply, tugging down his brothers pants
Chief gasped and squirmed as he whined a little, the boy's big bubble butt bouncing out in a pair of snug blue briefs, the boy squirming around under Lian’s hold as Lian adjusted the boy and raised his knee slightly. Without hesitation, Lian brought the tool down firmly against the boy's big bottom, making Chief yelp as it bounced around a little and he whined as he kicked his feet around. “Lian come oooon!” He whined out loud as he struggled, looking back at the stern half elf. Lian ignored his pleading and shook his head. “I told you, you need to do as you are told, if you can’t do that, then you will be punished. That is the rule.” he said and continued bringing down the tool firmly, watching his bottom bounce around without much cover since his briefs were snug against his bottom.
Chief whined and struggled as he was spanked, the boy trying his best to reach back and block the oncoming slaps as his paws were barely able to reach his bottom from this position and his tail was somewhat moved away. Chiefs whimpers fell on deaf ears however as he continued to feel the wrath of the tool he had made for Lian, each strike bouncing his bottom, and each leaving a nasty sting. He whined loud and kicked harder, Lian sighing as he tried to pin his legs, which is when Chief began to lower his tail over his bottom to try and guard. “Chief, move your tail.” He said sternly, as Lian looked down at the boy with a firm look, Chief shaking his head and whining louder. “Lian! Stop!” He called out as it was hurting pretty bad at this point, and his bottom was showing some red under the briefs.
Lian sighed and took hold of the tail, raising it up and out of the way as he pinned it to his back, before he started taking down the briefs, it was a bit easier now since Lian had pinned his legs over Chief’s legs so he would stop kicking so much. Chief whimpered a bit as tears were in his eyes as he reached back to try and grab the briefs before they were moved out of the way. Lian shook his head and firmly popped his paw without the tool “No blocking, we are almost done.” Lian said simply before he started once again raining slaps down hard, now against the boys bare bubble butt, sighing as he heard Chief cry louder.
Lian started smacking it around firmly, moving the tool around so he would strike his cheeks separately and not give one area to much attention that way he could spread it out, watching as the boys bottom bounced around slightly, as he kicked as best he could, throwing his paw back as he started to sob. “No more!” He cried as Lian gently gripped his paw and moved it aside, striking at his sit spots next, Chief crying louder now and harder as he just went limp, his bottom sticking up as the pain sank into it, and he just let it happen, the boy sobbing loudly and apologizing between sobs. “I-I-I-I’m sorry!” He cried as Lian sighed and gently set the tool down and rubbed his brothers bottom, lovingly and comfortingly as he picked him up close. Chief immediately latched onto Lian and bawled hard into his chest, kicking in the air slightly as he felt the half elf’s hand against his beaten bubble butt, it was hot to the touch and it was also very sore. Lian smiled softly and gently kissed the boy on the head, rocking him softly. “There there Chief, it is over. You can calm down.” He said softly and smiled gently as he rocked him still.
It took a few minutes but Chief slowly began calming down, tears still in his eyes as he reached down to rub his sore bottom, sniffling occasionally as he looked up at Lian. “Th-Th-That hurt…” He pouted and sniffled as Lian smiled a bit and nodded, kissing his head. “It was supposed to, now you will remember to hopefully do as you are told and keep your room clean.” He said and nuzzled him, Chief nuzzling his cheek happily and hugging his brother tightly, rubbing his bottom still. “Now, since you are all punished, why don’t we go get ice cream, and make sure you remember to keep that room clean.” Lian said and raised Chief’s clothes since he was still bare from the waist down.
“Sure on the ice cream.” Chief said and wiped his eyes, and smiled “But only maybe on the room.” He said in a bratty playful way as Lian rolled his eyes and slapped his bottom, making the boy yelp and jump as he covered his butt and pouted at him, Lian just chuckled and took Chief down to the kitchen for his ice cream.
