calm, it is impossible that they are brothers since it would be very forced and strange, because alizter never mentioned that ratchet had a sister he was an only child

There is also the fact that this new character is said to be from another dimension. I don't think it would be possible for her to be his sister.

(At the time I wrote the first comment, I thought about the possibility that she could be his sister, but then I remembered the fact mentioned above.)
