It isn’t easy to take care of baby Leo :’D He, even as a blind child, gives Raphael plenty of troubles and headaches, ahah! (This isn’t the first time Leo has escaped (and peed on the floor) during his diaper changing)
Just wait when she gets older and can run XD The reason why I drew this is that I remember from my childhood how I heard a real story about my neighbor son (same age as I was back then). He had had a diarrhea and in the middle of changing a diaper, he had ran away while shitting so there had been nice (and smelly) brown diarrhea lines from room to room :'D

Go, Leo, Go! Let it all hang out! Raph has his hands full with that little one. He has no one to blame but himself. At some point he's going to remember to have everything he needs nearby before he starts changing that diaper.

Leo will keep Raphael busy for sure :D And Raphael, hopefully, learns at some point not to let his guard down and always being prepared for anything. Totally agree! I also, after reading your comment, though how Raphael would use whatever he can (pillows, mattresses etc.) to build a little "wall" around the area where he changes Leo's diaper so that the little turtle can't escape :D
