The dragon cursed was originally a normal humanoid. Like the curse of lycnathrope, anyone can become one. However, the dragon cursed doesn't spread through a bite like any normal lycnathrope. It is spread through intense greed and corruption. Act like a dragon, become one.

I made this for my campaign, the steward of a city in the main setting became one after slaying his father for power and sucking the city dry of all its wealth. Even worse, he's a member of the cult of the dragon.
