Since I have no idea how to export stuff and make it usable for everyone online, I gave up and just recorded the screen. If y'all know how to, hit me up ; w ;
Hmm... do you have Quicktime installed? You software is all updated? Are you going through Adobe Media Encoder? Seems like whatever Animate won't export to by itself, you can export to one format and use Adobe Media Encoder to convert it to something else. There are also tons of good online video converters that might help. For as great as Adobe products are, some things like exporting to a specific format always seem to be problematic with them. Where other programs would either have a static list of "these are the formats we support, take it or leave it"... or have the ability to expand the formats by installing plugins, Adobe is like "here's some basic things... and here's three other programs you could pipe it all through to get what you want". Adobe has always felt like "art programs made by engineers"... hah... their solution is A solution, but not always the most ergonomic... just good in a technical sense. :)

It sounds like your solution is only for if I wanted to export a video. I wanted an interactable flash file that I can upload online and still be interactable.
