I decided to try out doing a piece without any linework in it. Unfortunately I chose a bit of a weird method of shading that made adding color nearly impossible, but I think it still looks good as just black and white! I'm going to keep refining this sort of work, as a more painted lineless style is something I'd really like to work towards!
