Grimm and Andy are very determined to give Mona a normal life in spite of her condition, that includes making new friends. Fletcher seen the little bear cub and took an interest in her, as well as her special onesie. Fletch introduced himself to Mona, though Mona was a bit shy since she doesn't go out much. Eventually she warmed up to Fletch, and the two became good friends.
