While she doesn't have a biological father - Her egg only contained her mother's genetic material and she was born through parthenogenesis - she has an acting father who is in charge of an unnamed criminal organization.
Luce is sometimes used as a weapon against her father's enemies and can leave even her own bodyguards afraid of her.
