Breach hacks you, Vyle infects you, Malicion destroys you...

I made pokemon FCs! :D Alrighty, so how this little devious trio goes about it... They are organic, warm flesh and blood, beating hearts and feelings, but have this really freaky ability to infect people like they're computers. Only their bites infect people, and their electricity can infect computers. And we all know about the dreaded BSOD. Yeah, these three turn computer hazards organic...
The pichu is Breach, and if she hacks you, she can control what you do.
The pikachu is Vyle, and if she infects you, you're weighed down as if with malware and errors.
The raichu is Malicion, and he flat out gives you the BSOD...
The crystals on their heads can also turn their power digital, so they're just as deadly to computers too... >_>;
However, they are living creatures, and can be tamed to not attack. They can also speak english, so it's not so hard to understand them. Though they are still pokemon, so they're not gonna act destinctly like humans or such.

Now for moves, 'cause they are still pokemon...
Breach - thunder wave, thundershock, echoed voice, double team
Vyle - electro ball, slam, echoed voice, wish
Malicion - thunderbolt, brick break, agility, echoed voice
