Pokemon D/P/Pt Remix: Giratina Battle
Pokemon G/S/C Remix: Tin/Bell Tower
Hey look! New thumbnail!

I found out that VGMusic just takes forever to archive files submitted to it. Turns out there were B/W MIDIs this entire time. I just didn't know where they were. I feel so stupoid (that isn't a typo it's a reference shuddup)!

Ended up having to make some simple custom drum loops for this one. A few parts sound a little awkward, but it's overall better than the last couple of remixes I've done, and it's probably up there with my better battle remixes. I'm happy with it.

See it or not, its still considered a poor choice of colors, you can fix this by adding a outline around the W (and naturally the B would need one too for the sake of keeping things pretty.) white letters are hard enough to read as it is and most people wont even look at them because its not very easy on the eyes

The fact that your using a light gray BG is what kills it, heck you could even get away if you were using 50 percent Gray

don't take this the wrong way im not doing: OHOH MISTAKE! MISTAKE! YOU FAIL!!!, everyone makes color mistakes and I'm a pretty big offender, but i am going to point out that that should be fixed for future ones done for the sake of professionalism.

It bothers me a bit too, and I do know that the problem is there (knew it from the start), but I don't care enough to fix it and then have it not match the rest of the thumbnails. Not enough of an issue to me.

"The difference between a masterpiece and something good is only five minutes."

Remember that =)

True, but the point here is pretty much just the music.

Yes i understand and great music it is, but remember 90% of human judgement is based on sight. by this fact many good things were not as recognized as they should be purely for the fact that they were not presented well, same goes for not so great things that are presented exceptionally well,

first impressions are a huge part of it and lets face it light travels faster than sound and people see things and immediately cast judgement upon whether to look at that thing or not.

im not saying go back and Change this icon but you might want to remember this when you release your next track. if your icon is very visually pleasing i guarantee your songs will reach a hell of a lot more ears

I doubt that. This has gotten a lot more views than some of my other, BETTER ones simply because it's a B/W remix.

Being of a specific genre of music and the visual aspects applied to it fall under completely different categories my friend. simply because this is a B/W remix has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING (i would make that bigger if i could to show how much stress i place on that) to do with the fact that if your icon is visually more appealing you will get more curious ppl to click on your the link which will get more pll to listen to your song other than the fact that people SAW the phrase B/W.

but what do i know, right? its not like I've taken many digital design classes nor have been working on digital art for idk like 5 years

if your not interested in changing your icon that is your choice to make but i dont tell you how to create music so id appreciate if you didnt toss the help im trying to give in the trash like i have no idea what im talking about
