This is a side character in European Donald Duck - comics. Sunny is a friend of Don's nephews, but he does not think much of him, with Sunny being a Huckleberry Finn-like street boy full of mischief.
Funny thing is, even in the original comics, Sunny is really toned with a massive chest and trip waist.

I adore Redsilver's style, and here once more he adapted the Disney style perfectly, creating a cute stud.
