This is part of a large project I am going to do where I am going to draw every pokemon. yes EVERY ONE! lol ^w^' I will draw one artwork which is heavily copying official artwork to get a feel for the pokemon and practice the drawing and shading of it and then a second artwork which will be more of my own style version of the pokemon with my own shading and drawing techniques.
I used a much stronger red in this than the official concept art which i thinks looks better and it is more like what he looks like when the later games were made. i also had to change the background colour coz obviously a red background would be too much here. i love how this came out he is grumpy but so cute X3
