When it comes to prices, I would recommend a progressive increase in price. Sketches and inks seem to be in a good place price-wise, but you definitely need to increase the price of your flat and shaded colors.

Also charge a bit more for extra characters on the inks, flats, and shaded colors stages. Extra work should be compensated. And after thinking on it, definitely, definitely charge extra for backgrounds. If you remove backgrounds from the equation, I think sketch pricing is in a good place.
I don't know how much more, because I don't know how long they take as a proportion of the work, but it seems like a decent chunk of time is taken up and most artists I've looked at charge at least as much as an extra character (And often more) for a detailed background.
