Done *without* any sketching or preparatory drawing I did this during a rather uneventful train ride to Vienna with my pen. Naturally, this is based on the engravings shown in Exquemelin's famous pirate book " De Americaensche Zee-Roovers".

Jaqard LeSang, written with a typically contemporary spelling variation, depicted during the sack of Port Drake.
