A greatly improved version over the garbage one we actually got that was a disgrace to Ra. The new effects say:
"Cannot be Special Summoned, except from the Graveyard. Requires 3 Tributes to Tribute Summon this card (cannot be Normal Set). This card's ATK/DEF become half the Tributed monsters' ATK/DEF. Once per turn, if this card was Special Summoned from the Graveyard: You can activate 1 of these effects:
● Pay 1000 LP, then target 1 monster on the field, destroy that target.
● Pay all but 100 LP; this card's ATK/DEF become that amount. Battle Damage your opponent takes from attacks involving this card with this effect applied is halved."
