Long hair makes you wanna dance!

For a /vp/ drawthread - tried out a little speedpainting for this one, total time was about two hours! Prompt was a Whimsicott with a ponytail, so the stage lighting totally made sense. Also trying out the Postybirb thing for uploading, hope it works properly!
