Great design of her gear, love it, I really like the BDSM-ninja-stealth suit aesthetics you clothe your characters have. Her cap is perfect, simple yet well at conveying character. Making her cap all black is a great touch—it both frames her face and continues the BDSM-gear without distracting with a bright metal shield. Pose is very nice, you are great at ass-shots and legs. The image is good at telling a singular moment, perched on a street sign, looking intently and pulling down her mask to talk on her radio. Pulling down with her thumb is a subtle and great character telling touch. Her baton-sword is cool, very Revengeance of you.
Like the neo-noir/vaprowave/whatever stroke you've given, makes it pop very well.
If there's one thing to point out is that you could probably have written some street name on the signs to make it more apparent that it is a street sign. At first glance, I thought it was some kind of weird tool or something since it was black as well.
The other is that her keychain kind of stands out weirdly. The strokes are to thin and detailed and it looks odd with the pen-weight of the rest of the image. And because it's all white it looks a little empty a design. It looks a bit better against a white background rather than the black, but still looks a little undercooked.
Thirdly, and this is mostly a nitpick, the "48 Blackwell" on her sheath should maybe have been a grey or white or a more subtle color because the magenta it has kind of bleeds into the stroke as well as her hair.
I like that you are doing more of your characters other than Shade. I know she's your bread and butter, but you have many good other ones as well. Gem is top three for me of yours. Overall a great and striking image, being sexy while still just being nude pose. Your experimenting with a different kind of brush style is starting to look better and better.
Topical. Great design of her gear, love it, I really like the BDSM-ninja-stealth suit aesthetics y
