This was just a little something I cobbled together a while back, based on one of my favourite webcomics Kevin & Kell, and one of my favourite characters, Danielle the Mathematician - again, back when she was pregnant in 2006.
I often wondered what Danielle might've looked like if she'd been pregnant at the time when the Dewclaws did a time-hop back to the prehistoric era in 1998; http://kevinandkell.com/1998/kk0305.html or at least was invited to a fancy-dress/Halloween party and went as a cavewoman.
Now the outfit (and possibly the cut of meat) may have a sense of "Flintstone"-esque about it, and you are correct. The outfit was that worn by Wilma when she was pregnant with little Pebbles.
