In before anybody says anything: This is not satyrical. In any way, shape or from. I wanted to address the terrible events that are taking place in Lybia, and I think this is the only way I will be able to do so. Now you may wonder, why posting this on this website? Because I am more active here than in any other galleries that I have, and I want to know what you guys think about it.
The Image:
I like simple strips, and three pannels is simple enough for me. For the subject matter that I am dealing with in this one, I must say if I saw myself in the situation of the Lybian folk, I wouldn't have their balls. You may call their acts desperate, but that doesn't make them less ballsy. Rising against a dictator is something that takes guts. I admire that, and so I had to make a comic strip about it.
And just for those trivia fans, I am reading a Pokémon Black and White guide in Japanese, while James is reading "Childhood's End", an Arthur C. Clarke sci fi novel about armed conflict. It's all in the subtext.
