I honestly don't have as much personality behind her as i do her partner...so instead I'll discuss the art style more.

For those who don't play pokemon, A blissey is actualy pretty much an egg with legs and arms.  I decided to take a cue from the game for suggested 'normal dress' styles...instead of actually using that as a model.  So in this case the blissey's skin is actually all pink...the bits of white that are normally highlights...are actually bits of clothing she wears.  White lacey bits for her upper arm..and a bit dress (normally that bottom half should be egg shaped not dress shaped).

For her own case in the story..as i said I'm vague on her but.  She's a few years older than her vulpix partner.  She worries about him in battle greatly..and herself has more of a 'healer' personality than an actual battler personality.  She normally dosn't battle much and instead focuses on fixing up others.  Her young vulpix friend..who she knows has issues making friends...well friends he can trust, was looking to make a team..after striking out multiple times..from those who wouldn't accept him or just feeling others wouldn't be a match.  She offered to help him.  For one this is a battle school..and part of her grades do depend on her participating in battles....for another she hopes that at least more of the team battles would aid her in her studies...finally she does worry for him..having watched a few of the vulpix's battles..and him getting beat up...she just wants to protect him to a degree.  His size and demeanor just pulls on her heartstrings enough to want to keep him protected.

Anyone who knows pokemon probably knows what her tactic is.  Inflict the opponent with Toxic (a very damaging status effect), then keep a light screen up if the enemy looks likely to use special attacks, while using different moves to heal herself and occasionally egg bombing the opponent.

Whenever she wins a battle it isn't unusual to see her heal whoever she was battling right on the spot.

Otherwise she has a rather loud attitude..while kind overall, she isn't afraid to have herself be heard.  And has been known to use her size and weight to her advantage to get around to what she wants.  Her bedside manner is about the same, make sure the patient is fine and dosn't take any lip.
