Ling Ling was walking merrily in the park when she noticed a rope lying on the ground. Curious, she pulled on it to see what it would've done if she had tripped on it. Suddenly a bucket in a tree tipped over, causing some water balloons to crash to the ground. Ling Ling was surprised to see that, meanwhile Herculaneum was hiding behind a bush, sulking about yet another one of his pranks failing again.
