Looks great but the inside of the collar could be a darker blue so it doesn't mix with Delilah's fur if you want to do it like that regardless of the white lines there.Also sorry for the late reply I didn't think that you would adjust it or anything.Btw something that I noticed after I wrote this is one line going in Delilah's ear

I will be sincere with respect to the previous page, it suits you, but apart from that, it suits you to combine the necklace with the sweater, it combines very well, also with Dylan and his star necklace.
Regarding Delilah's neck, I do not know why many complain about her neck, since if we see it like this, Portia also has a fairly long neck that both a poodle such as Portia and Delilah such as Dalmatian or even a greyhound, are always Long neck and slim body due to its feral canine nature (which to be honest, that is your best style, and that I still admire since you started with your first Delilah drawing, but if you rely on her canine physics based on the series, even if they are not realistic, that I still like and convince me by your style).

I love the proportions you've gone with here, the slightly elongated necks and tallish frames capture the kind of lanky, spindly build a lot of dalmations have [some of them go as far as to look greyhound-like, at times], and sleepy Dylan is adorable. I've already commented on my love of your hyper-sized frames so you know I enjoy the other sort of proportions quite a bit.
