Another average day on Seven Kingdoms, a world best described as "The Somalia of the Federation".

A group of rebels, holed up in an old office building, have a squad pinned down. Two soldiers have flanked around, intent on disabling this threat with the help of a thermobaric rocket.

Since the Abolishment Hammer impact in 2409, Seven Kingdoms has regressed from a lush subtropical paradise to a barren wasteland riddled with arms dealers and bandits. When the Incursion War broke out, the Central Authority thought it prudent to withdraw precious military resources from this backwater dump, in order to combat the Val'Turrian menace. However, this allowed for an explosion in crime, with several clans organizing themselves to secure food and territory.

Now, with the end of the Incursion War, the Federal Army has returned to Seven Kingdoms, although the welcome was far from warm -- the clans engaged in open warfare with the Army, reluctant to release their stranglehold on the planet's impoverished inhabitants.
