This little mermaid and her seahorse were modeled after two YouTube videos I saw starring a cute little girl named Lila: one where she took a nice "au naturel" swim in Nosara, Costa Rica at age 2½ - which the administrative staff had to delete - and one where she got a pony at age 5. Hope you like this!
