"This is Lien-Da, Grandmaster of the Albion Dark Egg Legion and there is two version of her in Universe 1029 like Mobius Light Future who is marrying to King Shadow, and Mobius Present which she is dating Trey when finding her and other Echidna in Station Squared. For the future one (which doesn't appeared here), she and Shadow got many children including May, Trey's first girlfriend but more on her future self bio will be on her own colored page sometime while the present one wearing both Amy Rose and Rouge the Bat to make Trey's happy which its did. As for why she dressed like those two, for personal reason of my own is that I never seen her wear like Amy and Rouge once and since Amy Rouge tread restarting up, I figured I can show her off in those two outfit.
