This was a redraw of a pic I did of both of my family cats back in 2014. It was a good opportunity to see where I could improve, especially since I have changed how I do art. Their personalities haven't changed that much their appearances are still fairly accurate, Jilly (left) being the older and more vocal cat while Poppy (right) is the younger and shyer of the two.
The other reason I wanted to redraw this one is that neither of the cats are with the family anymore. Jilly (left) passed away in late-August 2015 due to her age, and last month my mother's allergies had gotten worse to the point she couldn't cope, so Poppy (right) had moved away to a new owner.
