Not actually my DnD homebrew monster but I saw it on JessJackdaw's channel. The second she mentioned this dragon was created by cultists trying to bring Tiamat into the material plane I knew I needed it in my campaign, which involves the cult of the dragon. I kind of nerfed it a wee bit because I would prefer not to TPK. In the later part of the campaign, I plan on this beast showing up in a surprise attack on a city perpetrated by the cult.
